Me and my husband moved to Canada on March'19. My husband came here on ICT and me on open work permit through my husband's visa. I started work in June'19. My husband might have to back to US for his work. I'm planning to be the primary applicant.

My company can provide me a letter with all necessary details needed by immigration. But our work permit is not LMIA exempt. How can I claim additional 50 points for job offer? Can I claim without completing 1 year of experience and does it have to be LMIA exempt?

Please advise.

While in Open Work Permit, you will need an approved LIMA to claim job offer points.

You need an approved LMIA.
