Job Offer - Not LMIA certified - Include/not include with application?

Please hep me with this scenario.

I have a job offer from Canada. But it is not LMIA certified. My employer did not want to apply for LMIA.
Do you suggest me to include that in express entry application. Would there be any positive.negative difference if i include. Please respond asap.

The company which i am working for now is in Canada as well as a separate entity.

Don't include it. It's not considered a valid job offer if it has no LMIA, so it's irrelevant for Express Entry.

No, i am not on ICT.

You have to have a LMIA from ESDC. If you could tell what your Company's name (like parent company), I can do some online research about getting a LMIA.
