job offer letter

Hi seniors,

I have applied under Arranged employment, got my AOR from sydney, on 16th April 2010, and i submitted my job offer letter to cio, i am about to submit my full documents to my visa office, which earlier said to submit only copy of my AEO, but after 26th june, the check list says to submit job offer letter with AEO, do i have to follow the old checklist or the new one as i dont fall under the new law could i follow the old ceck list, moreover my FBI clearance is about to expire within 20 days i have to submit my application to the visa office, and it will be very hard to get the job offer letter again from my employer, as he is on vacation to london. what to do now seniors do guide me.

Follow the New Checklist and submit the documents to local visa office. They know how to handle such a situation. Rest be positive.
