Hi! I would like to figure out what needs to be the closing statements for the job offer?
1) Does the applicant need to sign the offer? (Indicating that the offer has been accepted?)
I feel like the 1 page job offer cannot be substituted for job contracts which are signed by both the employee and employer.
2) Should it be mentioned that after PR approval an official contract would be drafted?
