Job Offer From My Cousen

Hi Guys,

My Cousen have a business about construction. They can provide an job Offer about procurement specialist but, i am outside of Canada. I already read all process and little bit confuse about the process of the Permanent workers. Rules say that, First of all you have to look someone around Canada if you dont find anybody within 4 months. You can provide Offer to someone outside of Canada. Is there any easy way to provide job Offer about this way or you Guys have any advice me?

No, they must go thru the steps as stipulated by the Government in the LMIA process . It’s mandatory

1-What about Temporary Worker program. If i can come there via Temporary Worker visa. Can i try PEQ after 1 year or more?
2-Other one if i have open work permit, they dont go thru the steps. Is that right?

Given the high unemployment rate and fact that you are being offered a job by a family member this will unlikely to be seen as a genuine job offer.
