If you have an interview why do you need to know about the job market? Very hard to ever comment without knowing people’s area of work and qualifications.

Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Masters in Food Manufacturing and 6 years experience in Food industry .
I am still evaluating the pros and cons about the place and especially the cost of living.
