HI ,

I'm due to arrive in Canada by mid March 2017 under skilled employee PR category.
would appreciate if you can help me to understand the job market in Toronto.

Further , my intention is to arrive in Canada by March, so is it a good time for a new comer specially from a tropical country like Sri Lanka.

Do you mean, is it a good time to come regarding weather? For the Toronto area (and most of Ontario), March is a really unpredictable month. You can expect snowstorms, rain, nice sunny days and almost spring like weather. Sometimes all in the same week. I am exaggerating only a little
So be ready for anything! haha

As far as the job market in Toronto I cannot help you.. But check this website and do a search for Toronto and you can add key words for things you are interested in or linked to your skills, for example: customer service, IT, electrician etc.. You can even upload your resume on the site and employers are able to contact you directly if they want.
