I am in a bit of dilemma, I have been working at TD as a Customer Service Officer for Credit Cards (Contact Center REP II) for the last few months and almost on the verge of completing an year into the role. I have been checking the noc codes regularly and have no clue if it matches to NOC 6235 or 6511 as I want to apply in CEC. While, my job duties involve selling credit cards, opening a new credit card account, limit increases, switching products and providing relevant information I am not sure if that is an exact match to 6235 which I hope it is. The role requires at least high school diploma and some knowledge about the products as well as previous experience of at least 1 year, I I really confused right now and do not know which NOC I should go ahead with and would really appreciate your suggestions and recommendations on the same. If someone has had success previously please let me know because I'm scared right now and do not want to be banned for lying.
