Hi Seniors,

I created my EE profile about six months ago, and submitted my application about four months ago(FSW Outland).

I received a job bank email saying that my Job Bank account is deactivated due to inactivity. I followed the instruction to activate my job bank account.

However, in the job bank account setting page, it says:

“Your Express Entry information must be revalidated. If you have an Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, enter them below”

I entered the EE profile number but the page says that my EE profile number is not valid.

Is it because my EE profile is not in the pool (after ITA) or is there some thing I should be worrying about?

I am in the same situation and, according to what i have read, many people in the forum are having the same issue.

I think is because we received ITA already so we are not in the pool anymore.

@henryahmed Thanks, I tried to search existing posts but didn't find anything relevant, perhaps I wasn't using the right keyword.

Back to the question, I suppose we don't need to do anything particularly for this kind of situation?

I dont think so, Jobbank is still not running 100%.
 
I'm in the same boat. My laywer indicated the same. As we have received and ITA alreday than the application number is not in the Express Entry pool anymore. That's why it's not recognizing the application number.

will it impact our application?

can we leave the EE un-updated and leave the account as how it is now?

I thought that as long as the job bank account is active, it should be fine, it doesn't seem to be making much sense to create another EE profile, right?

I assume as long its active there is no problem. Only the search option is not available.
