Job Bank for FSW outland

Good day everyone,

I just registered for jobbank.gc.ca in a try to receive a valid job offer to boost my score when FSW draws hopefully continue . I'm outside Canada, what do I need to do so that if I get an offer the employer will know that. I can't find an option for inserting my location.
Also, does it ever happen that an employer will accept an outlander and offer them a job? if not, why is it possible for us to register before even arriving?
I guess it is only possible in specific cases.

Without work authorization, you will have difficulty. You need not only a job offer but the employer needs a LMIA. The LMIA shows that they employer could not find a Canadian or PR to do the job. To get a LMIA, the employer pays $1000+ and fills out paperwork/market assessments to show why hiring you will allows them to grow and expand their business. So you need to look at other ways to boost your score.
