Job Bank and Job Match for EE candidates

I have successfully completed my EE profile and I have obtained 373 points.

I do not have a PNP or AE. So, I registered with the Job Match Service.

On the Government of Canada Job Site under job seeker account there are 2 options one for Job Match and one for Job Seeker Account.

Which one should we register for EE.

Also, I registered for the Job Match and the service is not currently active yet.
