January 2025 - Citizenship Applications

I guess what I can say is please don't worry. If I reached the end of this gauntlet inside of 6 months then most people in this thread likely have very little to worry about.

Thank you! This is really helpful. I got AOR on Feb 14 and still waiting for LPP. Was starting to get impatient, but your timeline shows me that my application is still well within the normal timeframe, and LPP will most likely be completed in the upcoming week or so.

Yeah, I am. Pretty sure it’s at 11:30am SK time. A friend of mine got his invitation with an EDT time (no idea why), and Google converted it wrong, he ended up missing the oath because of it.

January and December as far as statistics show. LPP for many takes longer for no obvious reason. Mine has not been updated since March 29 when BG completed. I received a ghost update on May 22 but nothing changed. LPP is still in progress.

  • Feb 6, 2025: AOR
  • Mar 14, 2025: Citizenship test marked complete
LPP is in progress since then...

Does anybody have any idea about the processing times at the Sydney or Niagara?
