hello guys,

My wife has Bachelor's and Master's degrees. She has a medium of English for her Bachelor however don't have a Master's. Will that work or do we need for the Master too?
Use IELTS or other language test results used during PR process or have bachelor degree transcript or marksheets. refer below IRCC link for language proof for citizenship:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/become-canadian-citizen/eligibility/language-proof.html

I was able to attach a webform to the UCI number and attach the new physical presence calculator. I don't know about withdrawing the application , do I have to wait for their response to apply again?

Hey All, I and my wife have completed my 1095 of physical presence and I am planning to apply for citizenship on Feb 1st, but we have filed in my 2 years of taxes only, should we need to wait until we file my 3rd tax return for submitting citizenship application or can we apply on Feb 1st with only 2 tax filings?

Timeline:
Got COPR in March 2019
Soft landing and PR card in May 2019
Permanently Moved to Canada on Jan 4th, 2021
Filed Taxes for 2021 and 2022

As per my understanding, for 2023 Filing Tax, if your employer didn't issue the T4 yet, you can't file the tax. You can submit your application when you are eligible and write an explanation letter in the attachments that you are waiting your T4 for filling the Tax Return.

This is my point of view and it is totally up to you.

You can try to call the IRCC too and ask them

Request to admin - Can the records be sorted based on the App. Sent column pls? Thanks.
I don’t have the access to do it in this way because the sheet is locked

Since we are still building the sheet up, i can do it manually

Thank you and i also found something interesting on the other thread, leaving it here

I am copying & pasting a response from another group which I think perfectly answer your question:>>>>>>

A lot of people think that the following statement is true:
If you earned income in a year, you must file a tax return.
This is simply and outright wrong. Here is the official list:
https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/individuals/topics/about-your-tax-return/you-have-file-a-return.html

If you don't owe any taxes, you don't have to file, even if you worked. If you only have a classic T4-job, the employer will take your tax away at the source.

Of course it is always advisable to file a tax return because most people get a refund. But there is nothing wrong with not filing if you are a totally standard T4 employee.

A lot of people also think that this is true:
You must have filed three tax returns to be able to apply for citizenship.
This is, again, incorrect. You only need to be in compliance with the tax filing requirements in three years. The form asks you for two things:

Were you required to file? Did you file?
If your answer is No-No, it counts as one of those three years.
If your answer is No-Yes, it counts as one of those three years.
If your answer is Yes-Yes, it counts as one of those three years.
Only if your answer is Yes-No does it not count as one of those three years.
Source: Section 5 (1) (c) (iii) of the Citizenship Act.

Also, a lot of people think that this is true:
It is January 2019. So if you haven't filed for 2018, you can't apply for citizenship until you filed taxes if you were required to file.
This is, again, incorrect. See here:
