My daughter and I applied together and she had a series of communications with the IRCC about her test that was marked No Show. We both went to IRCC office and they admitted their errors and apologized. The test was Green next day. Yesterday she got this emai but nothing is showing on the tracker:

My application status shows language skills and prohibitions marked as completed on August 7th. But physical presence is still showing as in progress.

I traveled 6 times out of Canada. Before submitting the application, I calculated my presence in Canada and made sure I am present in Canada for 1102 days. (I have done calculation multiple times there is nothing wrong with the number of days)


Should I be worried? Is this normal to have just physical presence in progress?

Nothing to worry about.
My physical presence was also completed a little latter.
Just be patient. If you are sure of your calculation and did not miss anything, you’ll be good.
