The google sheets here give us valuable information about overall progress and trends. Whatsapp messages are good for instant communication but searching and keeping track of progress is really hard. You really can not go back and find trends and quickly search statistics from Whatsapp messages. I would suggest you to please continue posting your updates in this form and continue contributing to the google spreadsheet.

If people splinter and have discussions outside of this forum, data quality here will suffer and people will benefit less from this forum. Contributing data here will really help everyone!

all communication is by email until the final step when the citizenship certificate is mailed out. Some phone calls but that's extremely rare.

Thank you for putting together a tracker, appreciated. I was wondering why there is no column to show whether the applicant applied online or paper app? That really matters, especially online apps get fast track AOR, that's what the trend shows. Since the sheet is still not filled up a lot can the admin add that column to show app type? Online or paper?

If the ID is italicised and underlined, it's an online application. There are notes in the "U" which clarifies if it is an online or paper application

Its online and when you get the test invite you have an option to inform them on the same email that you are currently outside Canada and then they will approve you to take the test from outside Canada.
