Submitted my application in January 2022 with an AOR of march 3rd. I haven't had any updates except the ghost update on dec 16, 2022. Everything still shows "in progress". Is anyone else in the same boat?

The best thing you can do is to wait one more month and ask customer service about the non routine application. they will guide what you can do next and what piece of info is missing in your file or do they need any additional info from you.

Guys quick question, I need to apply passport in person. I have all documents and forms filled out and although I dont need them right away, I prefer to apply in person. Service Canada office is less than 2 KM :)
For the passports to be mailed out, do I need to take a pre-paid envelop with me ? If its for my parents, do I need two envelops or one ? Please advise.

I had my oath ceremony on Feb 15 and sent out the email they asked about right after the ceremony, but my tracker hasn’t hanged ever since. Anyone else has the same issue?
