I got no AOR, got email for medical but SA came in the mail (not email) dated 2 weeks prior to when I got my medical request. Also no AOR 2 and nothing updated in Ecas. Medical was received and updated in GCKey
Update: GCKey ghost update (current status: application/profile update) -- Time checked: 10:40pm.
Fingers crossed I'll wake up tomorrow morning to a MR.

Need some suggestion here, i applied under outland family sponsorship and sponsored my spouse who in in India. We received pre arrival services email on April 17 and it shows decision made on the online tool since last 2 months but we have not received any email or any other communication since then. I phoned them to ask sp they just told that our file was in Ottawa office and we will recieve an email confirming the decision. We have not received anything since then, I am not sure what should we do. Any suggestions???

Send a case specific enquiry using the webform, and an email to Ottawa office.
What's a ghost update? I see people getting them but I'm not sure what they are. Do you get an email from IRCC then there's nothing there?

Ghost update is when you login to GCKEy account, you see the current status has changed from submitted to " Application/profile updated".
when you click on check full application status, you don't find any changes.
Possible reasons: (findings and assumptions as per different forums and discussions):
1-IRCC Agent is working on ur case and trying to update- good news. If so, you may get a status change or email soon.
2-May be a technical glitch, some times when u click on "check full application status" it results in an error on the page. you close the window and re-login- the status is now updated to Application/profile updated. This is a Glitch.
Some times it's like that, and some other times you see "application/profile updated" on gckey but all fields didn't change.
