Hi, is there any one here that when they log out in IRCC Portal, all the dashboard was gone and it’s says start new permanent application? I logged in on my IRCC account and when I open it my file was not there. Waiting for PR card.

I have the same situation as you, I'm waiting for the File number and didn't get anything updated about my application.

As I checked in other forums, seems that ECAS shows "Decision Made" first and GCKEY will update some weeks later to send portal emails. Do you know what is the time average recently for this process in an inland application?

It's usually 4-5 weeks for this period before next step. You should be hearing from IRCC soon .

There was no temporary ID and password in Portal 2, so I found out that I may have already been registered on the portal. I login with Find Password and uploaded my address and photo.

Hi, i submitted my PR application on 24 Arpril 2021 under economic immigration through pnp. I have not received my file number or anything related to my file. Can anyone please suggest me what to do in this case ?
I have tried calling ircc, but the phone never goes through.

I am not sure but if I were in your shoes, I would start with a Web form. If there is no answer to the Web-form after three weeks, I would reach out to the local MP. I am not sure whether either of these will work, but this is what I plan to do if I do not get an AOR around the same time as others who submitted their applications.
