Sorry I have no clue, I know you can send a change of address, so maybe medical is also possible (I will probably try to send it).

Honestly, I am not sure you can always try. I never received TFN. I submitted mine after receiving AOR. you can also call them and ask of its allowed.

Again no clue, I will have to give medical since I didn't do any medical since coming to Canada. I guess the best way to know would be to just call ircc.
