I don't think so - they would more than likely just pick up a stack of applications and process them one by one. Each agent might work faster/slow, have vacation booked, illness, etc. which results in some getting through their stack of apps faster than others.

My hope is that those of us with AR's toward the end of the year will start seeing our apps be processed soon now that Sept seems to be getting finalized.
