After you find this information, what will you do with it? It's not like even if you find the criteria (sweet spot) anyone will be able to change their situation to get faster processing. I dont think you can gather this information from this forum. For one, no one posts their personal information, and even if you were to ask, I dont think you'll be able to gather enough data and applicants willing to volunteer their information for you to build a case. IRCC processes thousands of applications, do you think a hundred case is enough to approach them? IRCC would have to release this information, which I doubt will happen. Not being pessimistic, I hope you find something out.
