I made this table based on that tracker file. Hope it helps. Based on this table, 3 months could be a regular time between AOR and Decision made date. They are going forward like a turtle. Fingers crossed for having our PR card in hand soon.

This table confirms their timeline when they had said it takes 15 to 17 months. Around 12 month for AOR and around 3 to 4 months for PR

Anyone having outland application in the above tracker ? Mine AR is Oct 2020 and still waiting for Medical request .

Not yet.. I am waiting for portal emails... Actually today morning i just logged in my ECAS and checked that it shows "Decision Made". Yesterday i got a Ghost Update, it was showing Application Profile/Updated, but everything was just same in GCKEY. On Tuesday, 17th May i called IRCC and the agent told me that Eligibility, Criminality & Medical was passed and security NOT STARTED.... Agents do not have complete info about file.

Fingers crossed... waiting for portals :)
