The application is locked the day you submit it. Any changes post-submission do not have any impact on your application.

However, if you no longer work with the employer for which you claimed points, you should inform IRCC that you are no longer working for the employer. You do not need to submit any documents

This is because if IRCC wants to verify your employment, they should be aware that you no longer work there
Hi Legalfalcon,
Suppose I no longer work for the job by which I had claimed LMIA-related CRS points, will those points be affected? Will the application be thus affected even if (according to GCMS) the case is already “approved”? Thanks.

This is encouraging! Pray, I am one of those. Thank you!:))
Hi There,

I got my AoR on January 28, 2021. I called IRCC today (July 19) and the agent told me both Eligibility and Criminal background verification are in process, and Security has not started yet.

But the agent told me my application was transferred from the Vancouver local office to Yellowknife local office due to workloads on July 14, 2021. Do you think this is something I should be worried about?

Thanks!

A

Hello everyone,
I applied in December 2020 and since then I have moved countries. I updated IRCC about the change in my situation but I am wondering if I need to inform them about my bank account change. I have moved all my money to my home country. Should I get a new letter from my new bank?
I tried to find the answer on the government website but I couldn't. Thanks in advance for your reply.

You don't have to inform IRCC (but you can if you want to). If for any reason they ask to see an updated copy of your bank statement/PoF you can send the statement from the new bank and the details of the transfer.

The tool you used is for paper based applications. You need to use the same portal through which you submitted your application. Alternatively, you could also call their customer support centers for get latest info on your file.

By the way, our timelines and profiles seem to be quite similar.
Aor Jan 15, outland applicant from US.
Last update: MED passed on Feb 5

Same AOR 1/15/21 MED 2/5.
Any update on your application?
I ordered GCMS earlier today.

I've already paid all the fees upfront. Seems my application has been stuck on IP2 for a couple of months, haven't got PPR to date. Anyone in similar situation?

Hey guys, I ordered my GCMS notes in the end of June'21 and received them towards the end of July'21 and my signature shows the status.

My query is this, Do I order the GCMS notes again to know if there has been movement in my application or do I have patience and wait further before ordering them?

Question:
By November 2021 I will be eligible for CEC. I consulted an immigration lawyer, he said there is no issue having another CEC profile.

I wanted to check if anyone has done the same? Im thinking it might be better to do it. I think it will be faster
