I received my second ghost update April 24th

Can one receive ghost update when criminality is passed or is it usually a sign that eligibility is passed. I called IRCC first week of April and I was told criminality in progress and elegibility not strated. After two weeks, which was on the 24th of April, I got ghost update

Should I take it as a good sign?

Any changes are related to update. It is not possible to say which one is updated. May be criminality is finished. Eligibility not passes within a short time

Hi, today came to know the eligibility is recommended passed, any idea what does it mean? Is it something going in wrong direction or something to be worried about ?

This is good news for you. No worries. You probably won't have any problems with you application once your eligibility is recommended pass.
