Guidance on following two areas would be really appreciated
1. my ITA was in Aug-2020 and AOR Jan2021, POF requirement since then has changed. Do I need to carry proofs for POF locked during my ITA or the latest requirements
2. Can I show the expenses incurred towards booking initial accommodation in Canada and flight tickets in POF ??

Great! How long did they extend your medical? Did you request for extension or they just extended it? Our medical is about to expire bu end of Oct but until now we have not received the PPR yet

It was automatically extended for another year, received a "medical passed" GU after our medical had expired.

30 days include holidays and weekends. E.g. if you received ADR on Oct 01st then the deadline would be Oct 30th.

Thanks a lot for the prompt response @legalfalcon. I'll be grateful for your suggestion on another confusion point which is about sending photos for COPR.

My dependent family members only need an eTA to travel to Canada, therefore only need to submit their documents and photos directly to Embassy as opposed to VFS like me (principal applicant).

But I am confused with instruction letter, if I need to send my photos as well to the Embassy along with my family members, since I'm principal applicant or I shall submit my photos along with my documents to VFS and only my family member's photos along with their document package?

Hello @legalfalcon and everyone, please help to figure out how to act correctly in such a situation.

On October 11, IRCC requested a Police Certificate and Schedule A, the deadline is November 10.
On October 12, we issued a request for Police Certificates, on October 13 we received a notification that the request was registered.
So 30th calendar day will come on November 11, therefore we definitely won't be able to provide PCC by deadline.

There are 4 active "Upload File" buttons for Police Certificate and Schedule A on the website cic.gc.ca in our account in the "Documents submitted by the client". Required by is November 10.

We have prepared Schedule A, attached a Cover letter on the first page of the pdf, where we are explaining that won't be able to provide PCC by deadline, and asking for extra time.

1) What happens if we upload Schedule A with Cover letter to the website, click Next and Sign? Will the PCC upload buttons become inactive?

2) The following text is provided at the top of the "Documents submitted by the client" page:
"If you do not send the requested document by the deadline, the status will change to "Overdue" and you will not be able to submit the document. We will review your application without the requested document."

What does this mean in practice? Will PCC upload buttons really become inactive?
Then what should I do next, how to send PCC to the IRCC when they will be ready?

3) There is an idea to send a web form explaining that we won't be able to provide PCC by deadline.
What do you think is the best time to do it - right before the deadline of November 10? Or can I do it now?

I am in a situation. I received an information letter from CIC, asking me to submit the Passport to New Delhi vias office or report the change in circumstances with 30 day time limit for passport submission to New Delhi.

Problem: I had requested the visa office to update my COR, but they haven't done so yet. I have a planned travel for Portugal in early September so my passport is with the VFS for visa stamping. I would need the passport to travel to portugal as well. I have informed the change in circumstances to the IRCC, but reply is expected in 28 days. I am in a pickle right now, as I have to send the passport to IRCC New Delhi for visa Stamping, but I don't have my passport with me.

Questions:
1. Shouldn't IRCC update my COR and visa office from New Delhi to London, United Kingdom, after latest information update using webform?
2. If they don't extend my passport submission window, what are my options?

Hi there,

How did you resolve the issue ? I am currently having the same issue. I had moved to the US and requested change of address using the Webform after I moved, but when I checked my GCMS notes, the address has been updated, but they haven't changed CoR so my case is now assigned to NDVO. I don't want to be in the situation where I get passport request form NDVO and then not be able to submit it.
