Can someone help for answering for how to submitting ADR through webform? I have to submit the updated Schedule A but the file is bigger than 3.5 mb. And the link for uploading documents is not working on gckey. What can I do? Or I only can mail to the far far away Sydney office again? Please help me!! Thanks a lot!!!

You can upload it inside the gckey. If it is not working now try later. I don't remember the maximum file size but if your file is larger then you can shrink it using different software or online tools. Online tools are easier and you can find them by Googling.
I tried to use zip that kind of software but ircc webform not accepting that format. Only pdf, jpg .. and so on.
But I probably try to upload through gckey link again. Maybe I just received Aor yesterday and my gckey link is not working properly.

Uploading the file via GCKEY is the best way for ADR. If the file is too big to upload you can use "small pdf" or "ilovepdf " to shrink the file.

Write in web form and make part of your file in allowed size( like part 1 part 2 etc.) this way you will fulfill their condition also. and try to send by web form,email and though GCkey also.
