I’m abut confused here. I sent my documents through DHL and they confirmed that my application was received 5days after I sent it in Feb 2021.

i have been waiting for for a confirmation or receipt from CIC since February, I haven’t gotten any so I still don’t know if my application was truly delivered by DHL . Someone on this platform advised that I won’t receive any confirmation till August or September so I have been waiting.

seeing this comment here makes me wonder if there is a number I can call at CIC to confirm , if there is please can you provide the number ? Or do I keep waiting till August or September hoping that my application was truly submitted as claimed by DHL.

I’m really confused about the timelines and this lack of communication after mailing my application

please help me understand.

I am in same situation I am also sent my docs by DHL and they confirmed me that my file reached 5th jan 2021. but not update signature of person recieved file on website. i am also waiting for AOR till date.

How long does it take to get 2nd email? I got the first email on 18th of July and replied them on 19th July. But since then I am waiting

I got my first email on 17th, replied on the same day.
I got my second email on 19th,
Uploaded photo on 20th
Got eCOPR on 21st

Don’t know why it took so long for us, we had representative so she emailed us next day after she got first email. Then at the same day I replied them but since then waiting

call IRCc and take temporary file number.

It takes 6 to 9 month before you can get your AOR so be patient..your document is not lost I felt this way too wen I didn't hear from CIC after 6month
