I want to share that I received my PR portal just 5 mins ago
yesterday PR portal confirmation
today PR portal username and passwod alloted by IRCC
did they transfer your application to Etobicoke office ? means my file was transferred to Etobicoke in April , was your application also transferred ?

2nd Portal email received today (<24 hours from 1st portal email). I replied with PR photos in 30 seconds. Nice and easy. One login for all dependants. Sweet !
IMPORTANT TIP -- DO NOT try to create portal login yourself. You will land into HUGE delays. Wait for the password from IRCC. (Experience from a WhatsApp group member).
Good luck. Once DM is received, everything seems to be lightening fast, atleast until eCOPR (this eCOPR is quite useless nowadays. Contains no useful info and is generic - it seems).

Not really, you need eCOPR to be certain and it acts as your PR card while waiting for the official one. You can use it to register for PR eligible benefits etc. until you have the physical card in your hand.
