PCC is different and licence record is different . Same happened with me. I was in Australia’s and I had to submit Driver License record as well on their demand . I contacted Vic roads and they gave me with in 2 days via email

Not really. I created my account and mentioned it in reply. I got my COPR on 3rd June.

Didn’t u hold Learner License either ? If yes than it will work as well or simply let them know that you didn’t hold any Licence there . there are few ways u can do - make a affidavit notarized and submit to cic or you can contact Australian concerned body by email to request them to say that you didn’t hold any license there and print out that reply and submit to cic

Not mandatory beacuse u have valid job offer here but it’s advisable to show fund proofs
