anybody know how long it takes to get copr after this?

What are they asking from you through protal? I have seen in this thread that within 2 to 3 business days, eCOPR has been issued.

Hi i just want to ask. Im an outland applicant bound to nova scotia. Is it true that the province from atlantic is not accepting immigrant now?

From where you have got this news? Kindly rely on authentic resources rather than what other people make announcements by their own. Visit their websites. If the changes were made, It will sure be out their.

Haven't seen to be honest. Currently CIC is prioritizing the applications who are exempt from travel restrictions. In rare or someone who is lucky to get PR from outland, they might not travel Canada until the restrictions will be lifted up.

By saying this, I don't want to demoralize you but kindly wait as Government will make plan to open the borders as there is not any official announcement has been made. Hope this helps.
