He has got ADR and has been asked to submit Rental/Lease Agreement in the address he’s currently staying. What if he can’t provide with one as he doesn’t have any lease. Any suggestions?

Did he apply under the common law relationship or spouse category? Usually IRCC asks to provide proof that proves relationship and cohabitation of both partners.

Ok, usually they give a possible list of documents out of which an applicant can submit one or more as an address proof.

I don't know why they are specifically asking lease agreement if that's the only one they're asking. Do you know the full timeline of your friend?

Do we need to submit the proof for the addresses we mentioned in the Schedule A Background Declaration form? Is it applicable to outlanders also?
