Can we give upfront medical before AOR?

i did upfront medical on December 2020.
I received AOR January 18, 2021.
medical request Feb18. 2021.
Medical passed april 13.
ADR april 16.
PAL april 17.
Upfront is still advantage

How did you know your application was transferred to Ottawa? Ecas change? What does sponsor's approval mean in your timeline? Can you share the email from Singapore? Actually, my ecas is changed to application received on April/2 and it is confirmed that my file was transferred to Etobicoke by calling ircc. No update after that. Thanks.

They sent me an email. Acknowledgement of Receipt . My ecas changed from Decision made to in process and sponsor approval is dm alreadt. Actually I havent email them yet.
