You left all the sections blank in additional family form or what? Yes you can do same leave it blank or you can out NA it doesn’t matter. By the way when is your application received and AOR date ? Paper based application

As per the instructions, you should put NA and not leave items blank. Usually the officers may not care. But as per the guidelines, it cannot be blank. Its a very easy guideline to follow.

Your application was sent to local office. Local office will assess your application. ecas will be changed to in process again after local confirms your application. and you will get MR from local. It seems to me that work load is divided to local. Hope the local office proceeds faster.

Yes you can apply for closed work permit with help of work support letter you got from province. Your employer have to submit job offer online in employer portal and have to pay $230 fees and you can apply for work permit. If you are on PGWP , you can apply for extension under new policy came in January.

Wonder if I need to submit anything or it’ll be submitted by the clinic themselves? If so, will we see update if the clinic upload the result? Any idea on roughly when we will see the medical result updated on our account?

You have to wait for 2-3 weeks to pass medical. You don’t have to do anything about medical but if you want you can send emedical sheet through webform to cic . As you already got medical request and done medical just wait for few weeks and you will see medical pass status in Gckey.
