If you have passed your medical, then you don't need to do anything.

Hi there, I am also here from november 2019 AR , I did medical on Jan 29 and updated IRCC via webform what is your ecas status ?
it is been 1 year same status for me. called CIC few times and was told that file is natural progress and security and medical has not started.

Your eligibility says Not Started. So they may have transferred it to Etobicoke due to load sharing. I dont think they physically move the file. Makes no sense to me. But I think it will be marked as In progress when they open and accept the e-transfer,Hi, senior. My application seems to be going to be complex. My office looks like be in transit from CIO to notorious Etobicoke because of eligibility. My secondary office was Ottawa in the previous GCMS note. It is Etobicoke now. File transferring has started on Feb/02, 2020 when my medical was passed. By the way, the file is not arrived at Etobicoke yet for over one month. Does anybody see this kind of case? Please advise.

Do you have your GCMS note ?
In my GCMS note, the NOTE section(page-50)said the date which they send my application to PS-REVIEW to do info sharing.
I hope that even the note shows "Ready to be assessed", the process would have started at the date.

For outland applications, in current situation it is not advised to get Medical done in advance as there are cases where people who did proactive medical test have crossed 1 year timelines and it expired

Hi Everyone, has someone with AOR in Jan 2020 Paper-based application, outland gotten the MR?
AOR 23 October 2019, BIO: 29 October 2019 MPNP single applicant, still waiting for MR.

No updates since then.
For some weird reason, Jan-March 2020 Inland/Papers-based applications are stuck.
I know some people that applied months later and got PR.
