That means Medical Passed, it will show medical passed in GCKEY, in ECAS show "Medical exam received"

I confirmed with calling CIC that all pass only security check not start yet, it seems almost half year keeping this status..

Looks like they stopped working today n paper based application now because of express entry draw. We are so unlucky and got stuck.
