Good. Next time when you call, please ask for more specifics like what part of BG is going on - Security, Info Sharing or Criminality and the status for each - In Progress or Done or Not Started.

I wish I knew someone works at Cic. Waiting is so painful for me. In my case, I submitted my application in Nov 2019 but it was returned. My 2nd submission AoR was Aug 2020 thanks to covid 19. Now finally all criteria have passed but no DM so far.
Time to raise GCMS, just in case nothing happens for the next 30 days. If DM and COPR arrive, you can still have a nice piece of memory to frame and keep.
March 1st is Monday. New month, new hopes, new quotas may be. Nothing much will happen today and tomorrow I guess.
