Thanks buddy, i should have said that my state is now waiting for Decision made. My medical exam passed on Feb 2nd, 2021. (i did upfront on Dec31,202 and sent them webform on Jan 8,2021)

and i would never commit that sin of decling express entry just for a hope of paper application being processed faster
We have applicant named harshit here in this thread who is waiting for copr after dm was made in nov or early december i think

I withdrew my EE application long back after reading few legal immigration documents I don't remember now, stating not to apply simultaneously. So no ITA. Who knew the future.

Bcoz for paper based i came to know from some knowns that one applicant (many more whom i dont know ) is waiting for pr from last 3 years and counting

That's always true. There are EE candidates too waiting for 2 years if the file enters a specific deep screen mode.

So dont take any decision in impulse
Money is not worth more than your pr
and you never know when paper based application get stuck , lot of people who got medical pass in 2019 are still waiting

The logic behind this huge draw is that most of them are inland, but what about the inland PNP paper based? They should process according to the date the applications are recieved, be EE or paper based. Fingers crossed and hope for the best.

people who got ITAs dont forget this that they are also lagging on EE applications so idk if it is reasonable to apply EE at this point now. I also got ITA and will hold onto until mid april and see if they catch up on EE processing times.

The logic behind this huge draw is that most of them are inland, but what about the inland PNP paper based? They should process according to the date the applications are recieved, be EE or paper based. Fingers crossed and hope for the best.
