My friend used to call them and asked same question like yours "how long will i get COPR, i've already had DM", agent: Soon, the time for the whole process is 22month, so, only call IRCC when your time is exceeded, if it's below 22month, it's still in process.
No idea . But i hope you guys who have DM, will have COPR soooon
