Did you receive the PAL from cic by email? in that case I haven't gotten my PAL yet.

I got an email saying they had a new message for me on my cgkey. PAL was there when I logged in.

I just attached the medical report and told them that I already did the medical exam upfront which is attached.

You can ask the agent of ircc by calling. I think also to call.

CIC hides their agent so deep. I think it is good to share how to talk to the agent. Call CIC at +1 888-242-2100, option 1 for immigration, option 3 for the sub options update document, then 0 for talking to an agent.

BTW you haven't gotten PAL yet right? I guess they slowed down because of the holidays. It was about a month to get PAL. Now two months and still nothing.

I received two webform replys about changing address (I made two) submitted on Dec 5th which is the same day I submitted my medical exam sheet.
But they haven't yet reply the webform about medical.

Are they your GCKey information? They may not be up-to-date. You got a PAL and a Medical pass.

Yep I have, and my profile showed I have the bio already.

I just called the CIC and I think calling them is useless (maybe just me). They didn't even try to bring up my file in their system. They just told me they have no way to see but asked me to keep waiting as long as I submitted the webform and ensure it is successed. I.E. the screen showed a reference number. For the BIO fee, he said I will get a refund after the application is done.

Status is up to date .No Medical passed yet. The status is “ we are reviewing your medical exams” as i also have medical exams did in early Nov for EE profile . I’m applying 2 application : paper with my spouse as main application, EE with me as main application.
The BIO fees has been refunded
