my work permit will expire in February 2021. Have no restrictions on my nomination and really want to apply for the BOWP rather than the closed.

You can only apply for BOWP if you got your AOR . Unfortunately if you didn’t got it soon you have to apply for closed work permit. Also you can submit application for open work permit with help of letter of explanation and write that you will send Aor email as soon you get it in letter. You can apply for work permit at processing time is more than 4 months. Till that time you will get your Aor.

Most of them call agents give you wrong information. Don’t worry it’s normal because you f COVID-19. You will get it soon in next week.

I missed my wife's form, so I sent scanned file of missing form through webform two times. They accepted it. Make that form again, sign, scan and send electronic file through webform.

Your lawyer will get AOR and in order to link it with online account You need to remove your lawyer and for that you will get document when you try to link.
