By putting attention to everybody on this spreasdsheet, I can clearly see that before Covid-2019, AOR to PAL was taking more time, Now Same thing is applied to AR to AOR. Have you seen guys? Who knows they will speed up the paper applications like that? Keep hope. Let's see.

The percentage of processing is not really actual processing. It is, the current ETA which is 19 months, divided by the time elapsed.
e.g., AR =12/2019, which is 12 months, the calculation is (12 months since AR/19 current ETA )*100 =63%.
There were people who were seeing 53% and received their CoPR.
