no clue but i think it goes to your home office which is closest to your home address after the DM is made.

it is beneficial. as it help the application move along. when you send a webform the agent takes a look at it and works on it.

May be or not, because it depends on various factors like inland-outland, time since ur AR, ur NOC, visa officer, visa office, ur country. Last one is just to add because of VFSs & local VACs are dead or working on other priorities.
I had seen some cases with DM since September- October 2020 waiting for their turn (Outlanders).

Because like i said in other topic i have a problem with my job but i can't risk to start again all the process, so after they'll do the last check for that i'll probably leave.
But i'm trying to understand when this happens exactly. Someone said after the medical exam.

My AR is July 21st. I am expecting mine in the first week of Feb !
