As I told you its not necessary for paper based PNP when applying to IRCC for federal process you can withdraw funds.May be others here can give their opinion as well.

read your PNP condition for which province you applied and also write to immigration and ask them to guide....then take decision

What do you mean not got updated from jan 2020 you sent your application in march according to your timeline in your signatures
And did you made any mistake in your forms like did not sign or something originally?
