When we can able to get temporary file number after sending the paper based PR application? Approximate.

Miss bee do you have any idea as I sent upfront medical on 18 October but till date no update regarding medical pass or not ,only ecas showing medical has been received ,what can be reason for delaying as per trend approx 40 days taking to passed ,my time line

Ohhh. This December 10th, I will finish with 4 months without temporary file number. I don't know what they are doing. They can at least give me temporary file number so that I can get to know they received my paper application.
These days medical takes around 1-2 months to pass . Don’t worry you will get update my first or second week of December.
But last Friday I made a cal to cic they are saying medical received but medical still not started ,
I have a similar timeline as yours. Mine is also medical received but not started, criminality passed, eligibility passed. I submitted my medical around 2 Oct and received it at ircc around 8th oct. not update after that.
Yes. Miss bee. I did call them last week for temporary file number. They said my file has not been in their system yet so they can't give me temporary number. That is why I am worrying a lot whether they received my paper application or not.
Did you sent application through courier? What does it says ? Delivered?
