Hi.Did you do upfront medical as a work permit applicant? Because there are two options for outland.one is express entry nd another is worker

She got multiple study permit visa recently before couple of the week...can I bring her with some other friends or colleagues family??. because me n my wife not able to go to India . Please suggest me the different way to bring her n process the same.. Thanks..
