Do you guys recommend that do upfront medical exam now in my situation?

Eligibility and Background check is under processing.
My processing bar is 11 months left. i can't wait until i get MER from cic. I will definitely do upfront medical exam, just not sure when is the best timing.

Second this question. I've got my AOR back this January. Would that worth going proactive with upfront, whilst haven't gotten any MIL/MER? Can that affect my app processing any way? Thanks forward.

I contacted already the IRCC per online Form 1 month ago. The answer was:
“Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is not available in the system yet.

We invite you to verify the processing times on the IRCC website and contact us using the IRCC Web form if they have passed.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.”
So i don’t know what so say.
