Are these 5-6 months of AOR include in whole processing time of 15-19 months? or 15-19 months processing time will start after AOR?

Response from my webform inquiry.

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have verified the information you provided and can confirm that we received your application. It will be processed according to the date it was received."

Anyone knows here what exactly mean it? Thank you

I sent my documents through the DHL but they final delivery did using a third party service. After contacting several time they confirm delivery date was 20 Aug 2020. 1. As per your case , can I contact IRCC using web form for AR ?
2. What did u mention in your inquiry ?
3. Can I do upfront medical before AOR ?
4. If Yes , how can I send them?

1- you can contact ircc thr webform by filling your Last name, first name, UCI, Passport in the box, and ask them, they can answer whether
a. We look thr the system and have not found any application like yours, it might be delivered but we have not processed them yet, so, wait more.
b. We look thr the system and can confirm that we receive your application, we will inform you soon (i received this message, and then got AOR within a week or 2)
3- you should only do upfront medical when your process is less than 12 months, or you can wait until you get AOR, you can link your application to GCkey account and it will tell you how many months left to wait. For example, if it's 11months to go, then go for upfront medical, but if it's 13months, i'd wait, because medical exam result only last 12month.
4- you can send them thr Webform ircc, with your UCI, application number and all the information they might need.

Thanks for the update.

most of people tell abt AR means application received .... is that means if they sent the application via courier then they have the delivery date. Do they consider this date as AR ,what about normal post, what is their AR ?

I sent my application on March 11 and they received (tracking) on March 16. When I got my AOR, they said they received my application on March 11.

First of all, your consultant is wrong. Yes, you can. I did it as some other guys here did it and some of them already got DM and COPR.

Second, for what need you use a consultant? Do you have extra money? Spend it for the charity then... [humour]
