What did you sent wrong? Which form or what ?

For my spouse I haven’t send schedule A background declaration form.
And I send instead of that additional depenent form.
My ar March 2nd. Last two web form also they haven’t reply.and says that if process normal we won’t reply like this.

1. what did you put on the IME #? if none what type of medical exam type did you choose..because i believe there are only 3 options for eMedicals - visitor,worker,student.. won't this have an effect to our application since we are doing the exam for PR?
2. Non- EDE or EDE?

Just let your panel physician you are gonna do a upfront medicals, ask them before you book an appointment. if they don't know about that, ask another panel physician.
