I got an email advising to go to cic account. COPR was there

I have no idea but IRCC said it takes 5 business day to get a PIN email

I got nominated from OINP, I am going to apply PR , I have an issue with my place of birth in birth certificate and passport , my passport say one ( City) and my birth certificate says different one( home town ) , will it be a issue for PR application?
I can’t really change now .
