Didn't you fill the form with Adobe Reader? If you save all the forms in your computer, just open it and review to see if it's there or not.
If you printed it first, and then fill it by hand, there's no other way to review than just to wait until you get AOR. If you order GCMS notes i believe you have to have AOR, but maybe that works with UCI too, give it a try. You will receive GCMS note within 30-45days after placing the order.

Hello guys I have an refusal of another country. I didn't mention it in my all applications. I am worrying about if its come up gonna be further issue. Is anybody have an advice on it.
